Oval Gear Flow Meter

Burak Oval Gear Flow Meter is a positive displacement instrument designed for accurate measurement of liquids, including low and high-viscosity fluids. It operates using two precision-engineered oval gears that rotate as liquid passes through the meter, measuring a fixed volume with each rotation. The BG-2000 series offers integral and remote display configurations, with features such as 4–20 mA output, RS-485 Modbus communication, batching options, optional data storage, and IoT-based online monitoring. With an accuracy of up to 0.5% of reading, it is suitable for applications involving oils, fuels, chemicals, solvents, and other compatible liquids. Applications include oil and gas, chemical processing, fuel consumption monitoring, and industrial liquid handling.
